U.S. recognizes "responsible" to the problem of drug trafficking in Mexico

In a framework of some tension in bilateral relations and three weeks before a presidential summit, the U.S. secretary of state, Hillary Clinton acknowledged today that his country was "responsible" of the drug trafficking problem in Mexico because of "insatiable" demand Drugs Americans and Washington's inability to combat the smuggling of weapons into Mexico.
